Position: Skilled Meat Cutter Needed Immediately
A permanent position for an Industrial Butcher is available, offering $25.00 to $26.00 per hour. Engage in meat processing with a focus on cutting and preparation at our facilities.

This full-time role is based in a meat processing plant, requiring expertise in slaughtering livestock and meat cutting. Your responsibilities will involve adhering to religious laws when necessary, ensuring proper cutting techniques, and utilizing equipment such as cleavers and power tools. Please note that this job does not allow for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Slaughter livestock while ensuring humane practices

• Cut carcasses into specified primal cuts

• Prepare meat for institutional and commercial use

• Use various cutting tools and equipment

• Ensure cleanliness and safety in preparation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Butcher

• Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks

• Strong hand-eye coordination

• Willingness to work extended hours on feet

• Must possess valid work authorization for Canada
