Feed Mill Operator

Trouw Nutrition seeks a Feed Mill Operator in Chilliwack for a full-time role, focusing on livestock feed production. Optimize machinery, ensure quality, and meet production targets daily.

This full-time position includes rotating shifts working 40 hours per week. As a Feed Mill Operator, you'll engage in bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping operations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are vital for ensuring efficient production and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and optimize production machinery

• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

• Record production data accurately

• Perform minor maintenance on equipment

• Identify and address unsafe conditions proactively

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

• Forklift and boiler certification recommended

• Strong computer skills and communication

• Willingness to lift 25 kg regularly

• Ability to work rotating shifts
