What You’ll Do
Feed Mill Operator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient production of livestock feed through bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping at Chilliwack Mill. You will maintain smooth operations by identifying and resolving issues proactively.

Operate production machinery and identify opportunities to optimize performance

Ensure quality and food safety standards are met

Meet or exceed production targets, record data on production orders and activities

Execute small maintenance tasks and repair work on production equipment

Promote awareness of unsafe situations and take appropriate action

Who We’re Looking For

2–3 years of manufacturing experience (asset)

Good computer skills

Forklift certification (preferred)

Boiler certificate (Class 5 or higher, preferred)

Ability to work in rotating shifts: 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m., 9:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

Willingness to work shifts and overtime

Ability to lift 25 kg regularly

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills

Attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment

Team player and coachable

Exposure to the elements, noise, dust, and working at heights

Basic computer skills with attention to detail

Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
