Key Responsibilities:

• Safely receive and handle live poultry

• Efficiently hang birds on the processing line

• Observe and report any bird health concerns

• Execute processing tasks in line with standards

• Maintain HACCP-compliant work areas and equipment

Requirements:

• Familiarity with food processing is beneficial

• Tickets in forklift operation, WHMIS, and First Aid are advantageous

• Capacity to work in varying environments

• Commitment to hygiene and safety protocols
