In this position, you will ensure the smooth functioning of feed production from bulk receiving to shipping. The role requires proactive problem-solving to maintain quality and efficiency, working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be an essential part of a team dedicated to sustainability and animal nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and optimize production performance

• Meet quality and food safety standards consistently

• Track and record production data

• Execute maintenance and repairs on equipment

• Promote safety awareness on the production floor

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

• Certification in forklift operation is an asset

• Class 5 boiler certificate is desirable

• Strong attention to detail and computer skills

• Capability to work various shifts and lift heavy loads
