Production Management Expert

Position: Red Bull Production Management Expert
Lead production operations at Red Bull Canada's innovative facility as a Production Manager. Spearhead quality compliance and team development while ensuring efficient manufacturing practices.

In this high-impact role, you'll report to the Plant Manager and be responsible for overseeing a team of seven in a state-of-the-art premix manufacturing setting. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing production processes and maintaining safety standards. A profound understanding of the premix manufacturing industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production to meet customer demands

• Train and support production staff for performance excellence

• Monitor production quality and compliance with safety regulations

• Drive continuous process improvements using data analysis

• Execute batch processing using automated systems

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in production management

• Experience in food industry practices and regulations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
