Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage live birds according to protocols

• Safely and humanely prepare birds for processing

• Observe and report on bird conditions as needed

• Conduct slaughter and processing duties correctly

• Maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety compliance

Requirements:

• Food processing experience is an advantage

• Forklift and first aid certifications are a plus

• Ability to work in cold and wet conditions

• Understanding of HACCP standards and protocols

• Team-oriented with a respectful attitude
