We are looking for Production Worker II candidates to join our team manufacturing high-quality quality windows and doors.

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker II
, you will help manufacture premium windows and doors while maintaining Westeck's high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare materials and components for production using work orders and specifications
  • Assemble windows and doors that meet quality and productivity standards
  • Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and production machinery safely and effectively
  • Measure, inspect, and verify components throughout the production process
  • Identify and resolve minor production issues while minimizing waste
  • Rotate between workstations and support multiple production areas as required
  • Perform quality inspections before products move to the next stage of production
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Contribute ideas that improve quality, safety, and efficiency
What You Bring

Required Qualifications
  • High school graduation or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Comfortable using basic measuring tools (ruler, tape measure, calipers, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently, while contributing to a positive team environment
Assets
  • Experience working in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, warehousing, or another hands-on environment
  • Previous experience operating production equipment
  • Experience reading production drawings or specifications
  • Forklift certification
  • First aid certification

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to be standing and actively moving for the duration of your shift
  • Frequent walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting throughout your shift
  • The ability to lift up to 75 lbs (34 kg) regularly
  • Regular use of fine motor hand functions
  • Working in a production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
