Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry is in search of a dedicated Breeder Farm Manager to oversee the care of our breeder duck flock and support our farm staff. This full-time role focuses on managing breeding operations, promoting healthy poultry production, and adhering to best practices in animal husbandry. You'll contribute to a family-oriented culture while ensuring high standards in poultry care and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise breeding operations for quality assurance

• Ensure optimal housing and care for the birds

• Monitor flock health, manage nutrition, and prevent disease

• Train and supervise farm hands on safety and procedures

• Maintain essential breeding and health documentation

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of relevant farm management experience

• Proven experience in team supervision

• Strong knowledge of health and biosecurity standards

• Familiarity with breeding and egg production management

• Effective communication and leadership skills
