Evis Labourer Position at Fraser Valley

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rotation tasks on the evisceration line

• Cut poultry in accordance with CFIA standards

• Remove inedible parts during processing

• Trim and salvage poultry for packaging

• Maintain hygiene and safety policies

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 25 kg (55 lbs)

• Forklift license preferred; training provided

• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety

• Flexibility to assist in other departments

• Experience in food processing is beneficial
