Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized nursing care plans for patients

• Conduct health assessments and teach medication administration

• Obtain IV access via peripheral or central lines

• Administer specialized intravenous or injectable treatments

• Document patient conditions and report adverse events
Requirements:

• BSN degree from accredited nursing program

• Current registration with provincial nursing regulatory body

• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications

• Experience in acute care or home care settings

• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
