Key Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized care plans for patient treatments

• Conduct assessments and teach patients about medication

• Initiate IV access and manage central lines effectively

• Administer specialized pharmacological treatments and document care

• Provide ongoing monitoring of patient conditions and adverse events

Requirements:

• Accredited BSN degree or equivalent

• Registration and good standing with nursing body

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Experience in critical care or infusion settings

• Ability to work independently and in a team
