In this role, you'll be responsible for assessing and delivering nursing care to high-acuity patients. Foster therapeutic relationships with patients and families while coordinating and planning care with an interprofessional team. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions effectively

• Establish collaborative care plans with families

• Coordinate nursing duties with other staff

• Teach patients about health maintenance

• Document care and patient progress accurately
Requirements:

• RN registration with British Columbia College

• Graduation from a recognized nursing school

• BCLS certification needed

• Experience in acute care or ICU preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, and advocacy skills
