Fraser Health invites applications for a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered care and treatment management for individuals with mental health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, coordinating care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions while ensuring a respectful and warm environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate comprehensive treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams

• Perform assessments and provide direct nursing care

• Maintain therapeutic relationships and advocate for clients

• Provide education on mental health and treatment options

• Document care procedures and adhere to safety regulations

Requirements:

• Completion of a Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing program

• Minimum of two years related nursing experience

• Current registration with BCCNM

• Valid BC Driver's License

• Ability to facilitate group sessions and support clients
