** Job Details
** This role is in support of Cencora’s patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada marketed through our Innomar Strategies business.
** Responsibilities*****:
**** Administer medications (IM, SC and IV as applicable) in specialty clinic settings
* Support/monitor administration of IV infusion treatments in the clinic and/or homecare setting
* Monitor post-injection/infusion treatments as well as chart and report on all activities as directed by program protocols and standards of professional nursing documentation
* Provide patient education based on program protocols, individually or in groups
* Report adverse events, serious adverse events, product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies & procedures
* Provides reliable availability based on the agreed upon employment agreement to meet the needs of the IBU and the Nursing and clinics Key Performance Indicators.
* Coordinate daily with patients, case managers, physicians, scheduling and other departments to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments, treatments, and communication of information
* Perform administrative duties such as monthly clinic audits, supply ordering and other duties as assigned
* Participate regularly in team web-based meetings/training sessions with the Business Area Manager, RNE and Nurse Champion to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
* Participates in specialized client related trainings as required.
* Consult with physicians, pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients regarding education and implementation of product specific programs
* Required to travel within you’re designated IBU and surrounding IBUs to meet the operational needs.
* Required to follow all nursing and clinic standard operating procedures and Work Instructions.
* Required to follow all Health and Safety standards as per the provincial Health and safety Act.
* Required to complete ongoing and annual education training as per the training matrix within the specified timeframes.
* Adhere to professional nursing standards as prescribed by the professional associations, regulatory bodies and the company policies and procedures
* Perform related duties and tasks as required by Innomar
*** EXPÉRIENCE ET SCOLARITÉ REQUISES :
**** Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience à titre d’infirmière auxiliaire autorisée/infirmier auxiliaire autorisé
* Expérience du traitement par IV un atout.
* Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en soins infirmiers ou dans un domaine connexe.
* Permis valide délivré par un organisme de réglementation professionnelle provincial, certificat de RCR
* Expérience des soins de courte durée aux patients hospitalisés/ambulatoires ou dans le cadre des soins à domicile
* Une certification TSRCR, PALS, SP et ACAV et de l’expérience des voies veineuses centrales sont des atouts
* Connaissance de l’utilisation d’un téléphone cellulaire pour fixer et confirmer des rendez-vous ou des affectation et de l’utilisation d’un télécopieur.
* Excellent service à la clientèle démontré lors des interactions avec les patients, les médecins et les membres de l’équipe de soins de santé multidisciplinaire.
* Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec peu de supervision dans le cadre d’une grande équipe.
* Capacité à se déplacer vers les cliniques et pour les rendez-vous à domicile dans un secteur géographique défini
