In this role, you will work directly under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager, providing nursing care that adheres to the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives’ guidelines. You will participate in care planning sessions and engage with patients and families to ensure comprehensive healthcare support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patients’ strengths and needs

• Facilitate patient and family care involvement

• Develop individualized nursing care plans

• Operate medical equipment for patient care

• Maintain a safe patient environment and facility

Requirements:

• Completion of a practical nursing program

• Valid LPN registration with BCCNM

• Proven communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of medication administration standards

• Physical readiness for nursing tasks
