Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and plan nursing interventions

• Engage families in developing patient care plans

• Coordinate care with an interprofessional health team

Requirements:

• Current registration with BCCNM a must

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Previous experience in an ICU setting preferred

• Strong ability to advocate for patient rights
