Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating personalized care service plans

• Record and manage resident health information

• Provide nursing care and medication distribution

• Collaborate during examinations and therapeutic measures

• Ensure participation in incident reporting and safety audits
Requirements:

• Approved nursing degree with current practice license

• CPR and First Aid certification must be current

• Experience in a caring or mental health environment is beneficial

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Flexibility to work various shifts and handle emergencies
