West Coast Seniors Licensed Practical Nurse

Become a key player in delivering high-quality care as a Licensed Practical Nurse at West Coast Seniors Housing Management. This role centers on assessing resident needs and implementing tailored care strategies in a collaborative setting.
In your capacity as LPN, you will report to the Director of Care while leading your assigned community in comprehensive resident care. Your responsibilities include assessing health conditions, administering medications, and engaging in interdisciplinary teamwork. We value strong professional relationships to ensure that every resident receives the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage individualized care for residents

• Represent residents’ needs in team discussions

• Document clinical changes and communicate with families

• Administer prescribed treatments and medications

• Mentor and support care staff during orientation
Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved Practical Nursing program

• Current BCCNM LPN license

• Valid First Aid Level 1 certification

• Experience in a long-term care environment preferred

• Strong communication and computer skills needed
