Join Cencora as an Infusion Nurse (LPN/RPN) in full-time capacity in Chilliwack, BC. Focus on medication administration and patient-centric care in a dynamic healthcare setting.
This 12-month contract role involves administering specialty medications in clinic and homecare environments. Your responsibilities include monitoring treatments, educating patients, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards. You’ll work collaboratively with healthcare teams to optimize client experiences and treatment timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IM, SC, and IV medications as applicable

• Monitor patient responses post-infusion treatments

• Maintain detailed nursing documentation as per protocols

• Engage in team meetings and continuous education

• Perform clinic audits and manage supplies
Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Practical Nurse

• IV therapy experience is an asset

• Current nursing registration and CPR certification

• Proficient in communication with patients and teams

• Ability to travel to clinics and homecare sites
