Join Fraser Health as a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit at Chilliwack General Hospital. This role is perfect for experienced nurses eager to deliver high‑quality patient care in an energetic setting. You will work collaboratively within a skilled team to assess and treat high‑acuity patients.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement nursing interventions
- Guide families through care decisions and patient discharge planning
- Conduct patient assessments
- Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate on care plans with the interprofessional team
- Educate patients on health restoration and maintenance
- Participate in committees and quality improvement initiatives
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
- Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Robust organizational and assessment skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team
