Fraser Health is looking for a dedicated Perinatal Registered Nurse to provide essential support to families. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored care plans, and educate patients about effective health management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic and dignified care for mothers and their newborns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct complete nursing assessments for perinatal patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning
• Advocate for patient rights and informed choices
• Educate families on health management strategies
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Active RN registration with BCCNM
• Minimum one year of recent perinatal nursing experience
• Familiarity with maternal/fetal health protocols
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
