Fraser Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered care to patients at Fraser Canyon Hospital. This position requires strong assessment skills in emergency settings and effective communication with patients and families. You’ll play a vital role in patient care planning, coordination, and teaching while working in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency and hospice patients

• Collaborate in care and discharge planning with families

• Coordinate nursing tasks and referrals with the care team

• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately

• Participate in quality improvement activities and educational programs

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing

• Current RN registration with BCCNM

• One year of emergency nursing experience

• CPR certification required

• Strong cardiac and assessment skills
