Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' strengths and limitations, addressing holistic needs

• Support patient involvement in care decisions and discussions

• Participate in developing and updating care plans

• Document and communicate patient conditions to the team

• Ensure maintenance of a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program

• Current registration with BCCNM as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to adopt a patient-centered approach

• Competency in using nursing-related equipment
