Clinical Practice Lead

Position: Clinical Practice Lead at AgeCare
Lead the way in clinical excellence as a Clinical Practice Lead with Age Care in British Columbia. You'll ensure superior person-centered care and improve outcomes across our continuing care communities.

As a full-time Clinical Practice Lead, you will collaborate with clinical leaders and front-line teams to enhance quality and safety in residential care. Your expertise in care models like Memory Care and Long-Term Care will guide care teams in delivering evidence-informed practices. This role requires strong leadership and commitment to resident wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exemplary care across multiple Age Care communities

• Implement transformational initiatives for better clinical outcomes

• Manage incident reports and ensure effective safety analysis

• Supervise and coordinate clinical staff and leadership

• Monitor service continuity risks across care services

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing and current RN registration required

• Minimum five years of advanced clinical experience

• Leadership experience in a complex healthcare setting

• Knowledge of Infection, Prevention & Control is an asset

• Ability to travel across British Columbia
