In this vital role, you will assess and implement nursing interventions for pediatric patients, coordinating with an inter-professional team. Key responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, planning care, and collaborating with families. You will also engage in ongoing staff education and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric patient assessments

• Collaborate on effective care planning with families

• Delegate tasks and supervise support staff

• Document patient care and outcomes accurately

• Participate in healthcare committees and educational programs

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse education from an approved nursing school

• Active BCCNM registration

• Experience in pediatric or emergency nursing

• Clinical skills in pediatric assessment and interventions

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
