As a Licensed Practical Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, you'll collaborate with professionals to enhance resident well-being and service plans. Your responsibilities will involve administering medications, maintaining health records, and assisting family members and residents with their needs. With a strong focus on dignity and independence, you will empower residents and foster a positive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement resident personal care plans

• Administer medications and medical treatments directly

• Maintain accurate records of resident health concerns

• Support Health Care Aides in delivering quality care

• Respond to emergencies in adherence to protocols

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• Current BC license from BCCNM

• Experience in residential care settings preferred

• Active CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
