As the Breeder Farm Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our poultry flock while leading a skilled team. This position focuses on optimizing the entire breeding process, from feeding and housing to health monitoring and training staff in best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise breeding and ensure health compliance

• Optimize feeding, housing, and environmental standards

• Implement health checks and biosecurity protocols

• Train and supervise farm hands effectively

• Record and manage breeding and health data

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in poultry or livestock management

• Experience in supervising farm personnel

• Solid grasp of flock health management

• Familiarity with breeding and nutrition protocols

• Capability to uphold safety and procedural standards
