QA Manager for Food Safety Systems

Join Red Bull Canada as a Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for robust food safety systems at the Chilliwack facility. Focus on QMS development and regulatory compliance to ensure production excellence.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, your extensive experience in the food manufacturing sector will guide the development and governance of quality assurance processes. Leading KPI management and audit readiness, you will serve as the primary point of contact for compliance matters, integrating safety and quality into every aspect of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of QMS aligned with global standards

• Manage all internal and external quality audits

• Develop and maintain HACCP plans for operations

• Oversee document management and compliance processes

• Facilitate investigations on customer complaints

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of QA experience in food/nutraceutical sectors

• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and regulatory frameworks

• Ability to manage QA teams effectively

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field

• Auditor certifications for FSSC 22000 or similar
