• Maintain excellent customer service and checkout area

• Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers
• Maintain a neat and organized checkout area
• Greet all customers with a warm demeanor
• Accurately scan or enter product data
• Accurately handle cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum transactions
• Ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction

• Ensure proper documentation for receipts and returns
• Merchandise and maintain designated areas (facing, signing, labeling, etc.)

• Follow loss prevention standards
• Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory

• Present a professional image according to Uniform Policy and Dress Code
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Follow store policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and store image standards
• Perform other duties as required

• Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance teamwork and efficiency
• Organization and neatness
• Efficiency in processing customer transactions

• Strong computer and register skills
