As an Assistant Store Manager, you will make sure the store looks great, supports the brand and meets its goals. You coach your team on the sales floor, lead by example and create an environment where team members feel valued and can grow.

• Polished communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Motivated to work in a dynamic fast‑paced team environment
• Flexible to work day, evening and weekend shifts based on business needs
• Comfortable with technology
• 2-3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service experience and at least one year of management experience
• University degree/college diploma, especially with a focus on business/management, is an asset

Salary Range: $38,000 - $58,000
Note that the actual Total Earnings Range includes the Base Rate plus any additional commissions earned from our uncapped compensation programs this year.
