General Clerk​/Produce Clerk - Hope

Buy-Low Foods Discount is a 100% privately‑owned Western Canadian company that offers a broad range of safe, healthy, and affordable food and household products and convenient services to its loyal customers. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as part‑time clerks in Hope, BC. Open availability is preferred.

• Create a positive and professional experience by greeting and assisting every customer.
• Ensure the department is well stocked and presented with the freshest products.
• Accurately price and label products.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations with customers.
• Assist customers with product requests and special orders.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking merchandise.
• Clean equipment and workstation to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Other duties as required.

• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Retail or customer service experience is considered an asset.
