Join Nature's Fare Markets as a Store Team Leader in our upcoming Chilliwack store. Lead your team by promoting core values and ensuring exceptional customer experiences with organic products.
As we prepare to open our new location on Promontory Road in early June 2026, we are looking for motivated individuals to lead various departments. In this role, you'll prioritize daily tasks, train team members, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your leadership will drive our mission for holistic wellness in the community.
Responsibilities   Coach team members to ensure excellent service
Manage daily tasks and provide necessary guidance
Engage customers with friendly greetings
Assist team with product knowledge and inquiries
Organize displays creatively and attractively
Requirements   Experience in grocery or retail preferred
At least 1 Year Experience in a leadership role
Solid customer service capabilities
Enthusiastic about organic and sustainable living
Excellent communication skills
Lead with joy and purpose in a community-focused environment as part of the Nature’s Fare team.
