Position: Retail Store Supervisor Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign tasks to sales staff efficiently

• Hire, train, and mentor new employees

• Authorize payments through cheque processing

• Order and manage merchandise inventory

• Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages

Requirements:

• Valid work permit or permanent residency in Canada

• Experience level: 1 to 7 months preferred

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• On-site work required; no remote option

• Ability to manage cash transactions effectively
