Daytime Order Picker

Position: Daytime Order Picker Role
Become an Order Picker with The Home Depot and contribute to seamless customer service experiences. This position is key in gathering and delivering merchandise efficiently to fulfill orders.

In this role, you will lead the process of obtaining and organizing pick lists. Assisting at the Service Desk, you'll handle order-related transactions and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication. Your focus on safety will support quick and reliable deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the GET service model for customers

• Collect and pack items precisely for delivery

• Prepare curbside orders and load them into vehicles

• Maintain organization in merchandise staging areas

• Adhere to safety procedures and loss prevention policies

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma required

• 1-2 years of experience in retail or distribution preferred

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift items and navigate a warehouse environment

• Familiarity with order picker operations a plus
