In this role, you'll assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager while mentoring your team to help them reach their potential. Your skills in customer service, home décor knowledge, and leadership will be key in driving the success of the store. You will also ensure high merchandising standards and assist with opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of retail or guest service experience
