Retail Floor Manager

Elevate store performance as the Floor Manager at Nature's Fare Markets in Chilliwack. This role focuses on leadership, team development, and customer engagement to foster a thriving experience.

We are looking for a motivated Floor Manager with a strong retail background to support our new store. Your expertise will help guide Team Leaders and ensure smooth operations across the sales floor. You’ll supervise daily tasks while engaging customers and resolving issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Team Leaders and uphold departmental accountability

• Manage daily operations across various store departments

• Act as a customer ambassador during peak periods

• Ensure promotional and product presentation standards are met

• Collaborate with Department Managers to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in management, ideally in grocery

• Minimum 1 year as Department Manager or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management

• Ability to manage labor deployment effectively

• Passion for community wellness and customer engagement
