We are hiring immediately for a retail associate
, which we call an operations specialist at Best Buy. As a retail associate
, you will keep our store looking great and process our customers’ purchases, returns, trade-ins and more.

No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

• Create an amazing customer experience at the checkout or the customer service counter
• Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and organized
• Help customers retrieve their products and respond to their questions
• Ensure store signage is accurate and open box items are appropriately marked
