Support retail store management as an Assistant Team Leader. Ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment.
As the Assistant Team Leader, you will play a significant role in supporting the management team, handling daily operations, and fostering a positive customer experience. This position requires strong multitasking capabilities, effective communication, and excellent leadership to address various store responsibilities and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations alongside the management team
• Box and unbox products for effective stocking
• Organize and stock shelves daily
• Provide direct assistance to customers
• Ensure safety and cleanliness across the store
Requirements:
• One year of relevant retail experience
• Supervisory experience of at least one year
• Availability for flexible shifts
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Proven customer service focus and multitasking ability
