Position: SALES/LEASING ADVISOR
Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $ Annually

We’re looking for a Sales Advisor  who is motivated, proactive, digitally savvy, and ready to build a long-term career in automotive sales with Bannister Nissan of Chilliwack . If you’re someone who takes initiative, responds quickly to opportunities, and understands that great salespeople create business as well as earn it, we want to hear from you.

The Drive Ahead

Welcome customers and guide them through the buying process with professionalism and care

Build lasting relationships with clients, from their first visit to long after the sale

Present vehicle options clearly, including features, pricing, and financing

Respond quickly and consistently to all internet leads and customer inquiries

Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers using CRM tools

Prospect and develop new sales opportunities beyond dealership-provided leads, including through networking, referrals, social media, and community connections

Use social media effectively to build your professional presence, showcase inventory, and create customer engagement

Maintain an active pipeline of prospective and returning customers

Work collaboratively across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets

Performance Essentials

Experience in sales or customer service; automotive experience is an asset, but not required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Highly responsive, with the ability to follow up promptly and consistently with leads

Comfortable and confident using social media as a business and prospecting tool

A proactive approach to prospecting and generating your own sales opportunities

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills

A desire to build a long-term career, develop your skills, and grow within the Bannister Automotive Group

Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
