Position: Community-Focused Front Desk Attendant Role
Ruth & Naomi’s Mission seeks a dedicated Front Desk Attendant in Chilliwack, BC. Play a crucial role in ensuring safety and warmth for all visitors at our Family Centre.

In this role, you will serve as the welcoming face of the Family Centre, performing key responsibilities like monitoring access and documenting visitor activities. Your calm demeanor and situational awareness during potential crises will contribute to a secure environment. Join our dedicated team committed to making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors at the Family Centre

• Monitor security and perform regular patrols

• Document visitor access and maintain logs

• Respond to first aid situations effectively

• Keep reception areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• High school diploma or similar qualification

• Minimum 1 year experience in security or client support

• First Aid & CPR certification required

• Experience with vulnerable individuals is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
