Walmart Asset Protection Associate

Protect the Walmart community in Chilliwack, BC as an Asset Protection Associate. Your focus will be on loss prevention and maintaining a safe shopping environment for all customers.

This role involves conducting store patrols, investigating shrink incidents, and supporting emergency protocols. You'll be responsible for ensuring security measures are in place and functioning while collaborating with store leadership. Your observations will directly impact store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily store patrols for safety and security

• Investigate theft incidents and relay findings to management

• Assist with emergency protocols during incidents

• Carry out external apprehensions in compliance with standards

• Compile and communicate relevant information to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years

• Required to have a Security Guard License

• Ability to perform physical activities and stand for long periods

• Flexibility to work various shifts

• Strong observational and communication skills
