Position: The Salvation Army Shelter Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain shelter rooms and communal spaces

• Prepare and serve meals to shelter residents

• Monitor and support client adherence to shelter guidelines

• Keep accurate records and maintain shelter logs

• Assist new clients with orientation and support

Requirements:

• First Aid and CPR Certification

• Completion of Non-Violent Crises Intervention Training

• Successful clearance of background checks

• Ability to engage with marginalized community members

• Willingness to receive Naloxone training
