Position: Child Care Worker at Riverhaven Services
Join Riverhaven Child and Youth Services Ltd. as a Child and Youth Care Worker focused on supporting at-risk youth in Fraser Valley group homes.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and casual shifts.

Riverhaven is looking for dedicated Child and Youth Care Workers with experience in assisting youth with special needs. You will engage in service planning, promote safety, and connect youth to essential services. Your compassionate approach will help maintain the well-being and dignity of each individual in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support youth with behavioral and mental health needs

• Engage in service planning and goal setting activities

• Ensure safety and well-being during day-to-day operations

• Prepare meals and maintain cleanliness within homes

• Advocate for youth and connect them to necessary services

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with special needs youth

• Certificate in Child/Youth Care or equivalent

• Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle

• First Aid certification and TB test

• Criminal Record Check and HUB clearance
