This full-time position is guided by the Delegated Team Leader. You will work collaboratively across various locations including Chilliwack, Hope, and Agassiz to strengthen family connections and promote identity in Indigenous communities.

Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities in social work service delivery to uphold cultural values within the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop trusting relationships with children and families

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic service

• Support the mission of Indigenous social work delivery

• Conduct assessments and evaluate intervention success

• Uphold the inherent rights of children and families

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field

• Three years of experience in human services

• Delegated for C6 in British Columbia

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Valid BC Driver’s License with insurance
