In this position, you'll play a crucial role in the Genesis Process, providing emotional support and contributing to a structured recovery environment. Ideal for individuals with experience in addiction recovery or social services, this role emphasizes compassion and teamwork in helping others heal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing life skills through structured activities

• Provide emotional support and intervene during crises

• Ensure a safe, supportive space for recovery

• Work collaboratively to maintain accurate participant records

• Help facilitate group discussions and recovery activities

Requirements:

• Background in addiction recovery or social services preferred

• Familiarity with trauma-informed and harm-reduction principles

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check required

• First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
