Case Management Role at Pacific Community Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide initial counseling and participant intake support

Requirements:

• A 2-year diploma in a related area (required)

• 3 years of relevant experience in substance use treatment

• Proven skills in assessment and counseling

• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and community services

• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment
