This casual role based in Chilliwack, BC, is ideal for candidates available for evening and weekend shifts. Support participants in their healing journey using the Genesis Process model. Your contributions will help create a safe environment for personal development and shared growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support life skills development and structured activities

• Offer emotional support and crisis intervention

• Promote a safe and encouraging recovery environment

• Collaborate with the team and maintain accurate documentation

• Assist with group facilitation

Requirements:

• Training or experience in addiction recovery, counselling, or social services

• Trauma-informed and harm-reduction understanding

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check required

• First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
