As the Records Team Lead, you will supervise the Records Management program, guiding daily operations while promoting teamwork and shared goals.

Your role involves designing effective records systems, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. This position plays a crucial part in preserving community knowledge and records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise records program with effective team oversight

• Assist in developing Records Management best practices

• Update and review Records Policies and Procedures Manual

• Promote technology utilization for records management tasks

• Initiate actions as required by the Records Manager

Requirements:

• Certification in Records / Information Management is essential

• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and contemporary issues

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
