Child and Youth Care Worker

Riverhaven is looking for experienced care workers to support youth with special needs across the Fraser Valley. This full-time, part-time, or casual role involves collaborating with various partners to provide culturally responsive care, including safety and emotional well-being initiatives. You will directly impact youth lives through advocacy and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support youth with behavioral and emotional needs

• Participate in service planning and individual goal setting

• Advocate for youth and connect them to essential services

• Prepare meals and maintain a clean living environment

• Promote safety, dignity, and overall well-being

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with at-risk youth preferred

• Certificate in Child/Youth Care or relevant experience

• Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle

• First Aid certification and TB test

• Clear Criminal Record Check and HUB clearance
